Open job position – Business Development Manager for Security, Belgrade

We provide a high level of Partner support in whole Adriatic region with offices in Belgrade, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Sarajevo and Rijeka. Currently, we are looking for a experienced person for the position of:

Business Development Manager Cyber Security, location Belgrade


Key Responsibilities 

As a business development manager, you’ll need to:

  • identify new business opportunities – including sales of new and existing technology solutions within Veracomp security portfolio as well as growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
  • have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them
  • meet with customers/clients and generate customer base (lead generation activities, including presentations in front of multiple people/on events)
  • own the business plan (create, execute and define activities associated with the plan)
  • think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • coordinate with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments
  • manage the sales pipeline and prepare sales forecasts, reports and analysis

What we expect

  • bachelor’s degree (Electrotechnics, IT, Traffic, Engineering, Economy, Management)
  • at least 3 years of experience as BDM or similar position in ICT security industry or general knowledge and interest about ICT security
  • strong communication, organization, presentation and negotiation skills
  • willing to work independently within multinational environment
  • active driver’s license (B category)
  • advanced English language and MS Office knowledge
  • positive attitude & incentive
